We are so excited you’d like to come party with us! We hold our wedding fair the first weekend in November. We were unable to move forward with our 2020 wedding fair, but we are scheduled for November 7, 2021, at the Missoula County Fairgrounds.​

Montana Made Wedding Fair


We're a boutique wedding event! We emphasize the local, the experience, and are not the massive corporate sterile expo.  We limit categories for our event, so it's in your best interest to apply as soon as registration opens to WMWA Members! It helps ensure that you get the most exposure for your business, by not over saturating vendor categories. Plus this provides potential clients & couples with a wider variety of vendor types, giving them the ability to plan their entire wedding at the event if they chose to do so.   

 If more than the limited quantity of each type of vendor applies, we begin a waitlist.  Once we reach September 1st, we begin reviewing those on the waitlist.

Bridal Haus

Last year due to COVID Bridal Haus has moved online!!! We're the only Montana wedding fair featuring a consignment popup boutique as part of our event! This allows couples to sustainably resell their PreLoved wedding decor, and engaged couples finding a great deal! Vendors often participate and host sample sales as well! Couples often purchase advance tickets to our wedding fair just to shop the Early Bird Hour at Bridal Haus, so it's a great driving factor to get attendance as well. www.TheBridalHaus.com
